Thank you for your interest in being part of the Calgary Cat Festival & Market 2026!  Vendor Applications are now Open. Priority will be given to past vendors and under-represented categories.

🚨 IMPORTANT VENDOR NOTICE

For your security, this is the only official vendor application page for the Calgary Cat Festival.

 

All official communications regarding vendor applications and participation will be sent from our official festival email account. We will never contact you from a generic address regarding vendor applications or payments.

 

If you receive a message claiming to be from the Calgary Cat Festival that appears suspicious or requests payment or personal information, please contact us through the contact information listed on our official website before responding.

VENDOR PRICING INFORMATION:

We are excited to welcome vendors to the Calgary Cat Festival & Market! Below is the pricing structure for booth rentals. All booths include a 6-foot table, tablecloth, skirting, and chairs as noted.

 

Single Booth –  $200

One 6-foot table with a drape

Two chairs

Corner Booth – $275

Two 6-foot tables with drapes

Two chairs

Slightly larger space with premium corner placement

​

Double Booth (Two Consecutive Spaces) – $375

Two 6-foot tables with drapes

Up to four chairs

All vendor applications are subject to approval by the Calgary Cat Festival & Market team.

GST will be added to vendor fees.

Description: The first 500 guests will be given a goodie bag. You can have your item, brochure, or coupon included for $25. Provide 25-500 items, and we'll do the stuffing. No charge for shelters & rescues.

Please describe anything that does NOT go on your tables. Freestanding banners, shelving, pegboards, etc. Give approximate size.

Submitting an application is the first step to joining the Calgary Cat Festival & Market, but it does NOT guarantee a spot. Vendors who have participated in the past and under-represented categories will be prioritized.
