Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using calgarycatfest.ca (the “Website”), purchasing tickets, or participating in any Calgary Cat Festival & Market (“Cat Fest”) activities, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

Event Participation

Cat Fest is a public, ticketed event. By purchasing a ticket and attending, you agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, venue policies, and safety guidelines.

Adventure Cats Program

Only pre‑approved Alberta Adventure Cats (AACats) may attend the festival. Applications must be accepted before the event. Unapproved animals will not be permitted onsite.

Code of Conduct

Cat Fest is a family‑friendly event. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or unsafe actions toward attendees, staff, animals, or vendors will result in removal from the event without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including logos, graphics, text, photos, and branding — is the property of Calgary Cat Festival & Market or its partners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Privacy

Cat Fest collects limited personal information for ticketing, applications, and communication. We do not sell or share personal data except as required to operate the event or comply with law.

Third‑Party Links

The Website may contain links to third‑party sites (e.g., vendors, rescues, partners). Cat Fest is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites.
